La oficina del agua is an exhibition exercise derived from the project mare-a-ando, organized by Ruta del Castor and curated by Andrea de la Torre Suárez, Sofía Bastidas Vivar and Sofía Casarin. Project selected for the BIENALSUR 2021.

The exhibition, located in the museum's boardroom, proposes an intervention to the traditional exhibition space, through the simulation of an office, which circulates between the darkness of the night and the depth of the waters. The proposal includes archival projects, videos, artistic approaches and processes, incomplete works, as well as a commission of an unpublished virtual work, which moves away from the adult-centric experience and summons the participation of childhoods.
